Features 7 high current & Voltage Darlington NPN Open Collector drivers with output clamp diodes for switching inductive loads.
Applications include relay, hammer, step motor, lamp and display (LED)
drivers.
Max. current/driver: 500mA,
Max rated Voltage: 50V.
Max Total Package dissipation: 1.4W
Inputs compatable with most logic (30V Max)
